Where can I find information on the candidates running for office in my area?
Most local newspapers usually release a voter guide two weeks before an election. Also in many states, registered voters get an election booklet listing all candidates in your area, as well as different ballot initiatives. For more information contact your local League of Women Voters. You may also visit the web site of the Clerk of the House to see a compiled official list of all Congressional candidates per state.

La mayoría de los periódicos locales normalmente sacan una guía para el votante dos semanas antes de las elecciónes. También en muchos estados, a los votantes registrado se les manda un folleto informativo sobre las elecciónes que lista a todos los candidatos en su área.
